When do the earring styles change?
You can join the earring of the month club at any time BUT the style changes out on the 1st of the month. Meaning that on the 1st of the month we start shipping out the new style.Â
Is there a refund available if I change my mind?Â
We offer a full 30-day free trial. You are more than welcome to check out the Gunpowder Glam Box and all it's membership benefits (like VIP First Access to our weekly Trunk Shows and exclusive member discounts), and if you don't feel like it's a good fit, just email our support team and we'll cancel your membership risk-free and your card will not be charged.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged in 30 days. If you wish to cancel your subscription either log into the members portal or contact us at [email protected] at least 3 days before payment. And don't worry, we'll send you a reminder 5 days before your payment is billed.Â
