I have sensitive ears, can I wear these earrings?
Our Bullet Stud Earrings (and all of our earrings) have surgical steel ear wires and pads, so no other metal is touching your ears. These are sensitive ear safe for most ears.
If you're allergic to the level you can only wear gold then I do not recommend getting these.
What is the size/diameter of the earrings?
The studs are approximately 3/8 inch in diameter, or just under a centimeter wide.
How do I care for and clean these earrings?
General jewelry cleaner will work just fine on these earrings. If you don't have all purpose jewelry cleaner some Dawn soap and warm water will work too.
Can I wear these earrings while showering or swimming?
YES YOU CAN! You can absolutely get these earrings wet. We understand that when you find your new favorite studs you might never want to take them out again, so they are safe to get wet.
Are the earrings suitable for everyday wear or special occasions?
The beauty of our Bullet Stud Earrings is that you can dress them up for evening wear or dress the down for a range day (or normal boring day) all depending on what you wear with them. These studs will add a level of sparkle and badass class to whatever outfit you choose to wear today.
Will the bullet casings tarnish or lose their shine over time?
Our Bullet Studs are made from real, fired bullet casings and so the front section is brass. (For our sensitive ear friends the brass does not touch your skin, only the stainless steel "pad".)
Brass can dull over time though you can keep them shiny easy! If you notice your earrings loosing some shine, just a couple wipes with a jewelry polishing cloth will shine them up in seconds.
